We will take any of our products back if they have been damaged in shipping. Please take a picture of the damaged box, and any damage to the instruments. You will need this when filing a claim with USPS. Email it to email@example.com
If you want to return one of our products for a refund, we take back any of our instruments if sold through our website or in person. Sorry, we don't refund any instrument purchased through a dealer or individual.
